Instructions to make Protein Bhel:

  1. For Green chutney---4 tbsp chopped green coriander with stems,pudina 1 1/2 tbsp,amla 2 pieces,lemon juice 1/2,salt,kala namak to taste.Crush with water,all together.1 chopped onion,garlic,green chilli saute together.Cool and crush first.Then add coriander and all other ingredients..
  2. Chutney is ready..
  3. Homemade tangy chutney is ready,add little khand for sweetness..
  4. Chop cucumber,tomato,onion in hand chopper..
  5. Soak slmonds 6 pieces,in water for 5 hours.Peel almond skin.Slice them in slivers..
  6. For preparing Bhelpuri,mix murmure bhel mix,add roasted deskinned peanuts.Mix all.Mix chopped coriander leaves,add chopped cucumber,tomato and onion.Add boiled chopped potato.Mix all,add chopped green chilli.Mix all dry ingredients..
  7. Boil kala chana sprouts,green moong sprouts with little salt.Add little water boil till 2 whistles.Cool it.Add in bhel mix.Add roasted cornflakes,add 2 tbsp.Add freshly chopped apple 2 tbsp in it..
  8. Mix all together.You can add grapes too,yellow and black grapes..

  10. Add green chutney and mix,add imli gur chutney.Mix all together.Add pomegranate seeds in this.You can add little chat masala for extra zing.Add 1/2 tsp chat masala in bhel..
  11. Serve as it is.Garnish with pomegranate seeds,add finely chopped green coriander on top.Add sev on top..
