- Mix and temper the chocolate well till it turns shiny and cools down to room temperature.
- Add paan essence drops to the chocolate and mix..
- In chocolate bar mould, put 1st bowl's paan gulkand mix as base and then pour 2nd bowl chocolate mix on it..
- Tap once to remove air bubbles if any. (Dont tap much so the base paan design doesn't disappears from base)..
- Once set well on room temp, keep it in fridge fr 10-15 mins. Once done, demould it and serve..
