  2. Let's make the dressing first because as much the dressing will rest the better the taste will be. In a bowl add olive oil along with chopped garlic and mux well. Now add all the above-mentioned ingredients for dressing and mix very well and keep it aside for 15-20 minutes to kind of mix and release the flavours in the oil..
  3. Meanwhile while in a big bowl add all the fruits and veggies and leafy Veggies and mix them well and keep aside adding lime juice, vinegar and olives also and off course mixing them well..
  4. Now take 2 pita bread it could be homemade or store bought and cut it inti square pieces. Now toss it with 1 tbsp olive oil till the time it's crispy and have brown marks on it. Do the process on low flame. We have to make croutons of it. This process can also be done in the oven at 180°c for 12-15 minutes. Later allow it to cool down completely. Once cool down add 2 tbsp dressing in it and mix. The croutons are ready..
  5. Now add all the remaining dressing in the veggies and fruits mix and mix them up very well. Once mix thoroughly then add the prepared croutons and mix again. Add the croutons at the time of serving else it will get soggy..
